CALM YOGA - Gentle stretching  along with building strength in warrior postures with a focus on alignment.  Great practice to engage both the mind and body.   Perfect place to start for a beginner.  This class is for everyone.
CALM FLOW YOGA - Gentle stretches while flowing through poses with a little more energy than the calm yoga. Still good for a beginner.  Great practice to engage both the mind and body.
YIN YOGA  -Session usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses held for three to five minutes. Mainly works on patience and the lower part of the body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine.
VINYASA FLOW- In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.  Expect movement, not just stretching and faster pace.  
WARM/HOT VINYASA FLOW - There’s a reason we crank the heat: to sweat. Sweating is one of the best ways to eliminate toxins from the body. The more water you drink, the more you sweat. The more you sweat, the more you detoxify. It’s like taking a shower from the inside out—resulting in a body that is clean and pure after your practice. The skin is the largest organ of the body and therefore sweat is the fastest way to get the toxins out. That is why we embrace the heat. 
Another method of detoxification is compression. Many yoga postures are specifically designed to compress vital organs and manipulate the blood flow, first to restrict the blood and then to flush it out. This is done through compression—engaging muscles that are located near major organs and then releasing. This also prevents build up and blockages that can lead to fatigue, illness, injury and disease.

CANDLELIGHT CALM YOGA - Calm yoga by candlelight.
POWER VINYASA YOGA - An intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional vinyasa practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa.Power Yoga classes move with an even faster rhythm.
EXPRESS MORNING FLOW -  Same as power vinyasa but held in a 45 minute class.
Booty and Balance - Yoga poses and flows focusing on the booty.  We will work on thinning the thighs and lifting the booty.
KUNDALINI - Kundalini is the energy that coils at the base of the spine. This is creative, spiritual energy that is generally untapped—which is what the Kundalini yoga practice is for.
During a class, the idea is to move this energy through the chakras and up into the brain. Your nervous system and body will be totally stimulated, and by the end of the class your whole body should be buzzing with spiritual awareness. Kundalini places a huge emphasis on meditation, mantra chanting, and holding postures.


BARRE/YOGA FUSION - Start with some yoga to stretch the body and relax the mind then flow into approximately 20 minutes of a barre routine and end with more stretching and a relaxing shavasana. Barre is a ballet inspired workout combined with yoga and Pilates. A fun workout that produces long lean muscles without bulk. You will shed the sneakers and get ready for a workout that will improve your posture and flexibility. You will use light weights working the upper body, great core builder, lift the buns and tone the thighs what more could you ask for???


MAT PILATES - Starts with body awareness. You will improve physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness.  All from the comfort of your mat.

Tai Chi is slow, deliberate, and graceful movements flowing seamlessly into the next move without hesitation.   All levels.
